A Safer, Healthier Smile with Metal Filling Replacement

Mercury is one of the most toxic substances on Earth—more dangerous than Lead, Cadmium, or Arsenic. Traditional amalgam fillings contain 50% mercury, a known neurotoxin, alongside silver, copper, and tin. Prolonged exposure to mercury vapor from these fillings can pose potential health risks. That’s why more health-conscious patients are turning to The Center For Dental Healing to replace their amalgam fillings with safer, non-toxic materials.

What to Expect During the Procedure

Protective Barriers

We shield your face and eyes to prevent contact with mercury particles during the removal process.

Filtered Air

Patients receive clean, filtered oxygen through a nasal mask, while our office uses specialized ventilation systems to reduce mercury vapor in the environment.

Isolated Treatment Area

Using non-latex dental dams or Isolite masks, we isolate the treatment site and employ tools designed to remove amalgam fillings efficiently with minimal mercury release.

Advanced Suction Systems

High-volume suction and waste disposal systems ensure the safe containment and proper handling of mercury waste.

Amalgam Removal Techniques

Our approach involves sectioning the filling into larger pieces, reducing grinding and mercury vapor release, with constant water cooling to lower vapor pressure.

Pre- and Post-Treatment Support

We provide nutritional, homeopathic, and detox guidance tailored to your individual needs to ensure optimal health before and after the procedure.

Why Replace Amalgam Fillings?

Amalgam fillings can release mercury vapor, particularly during removal, if not handled with the proper precautions. Mercury exposure has been linked to various health issues, making it essential to address this risk safely and effectively.

Safe Amalgam Removal

At The Center For Dental Healing, we follow the strict protocols established by the International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology (IAOMT) to ensure the safe removal of amalgam fillings. Dr. Irina Ganzman utilizes advanced techniques and tools to minimize mercury exposure for both patients and staff during the removal process.
